Home Health Aides to provide

General Information:

• Home visits are scheduled as needed 7 days a week
• Registered Nurse on-call 24 hours a day
• A multi-disciplinary team of professionals coordinate the care plan from referral until discharge
• The client's physician is involved in all care planning and continually informed of progress
• The client and family are involved in development and implementation of the home care plan
• Medicare, Medicaid, Quest, HMSA and other health insurances often reimburse all or most of the cost of medically necessary skilled home care
• Payment for services is determined by eligibility and type of service provided

Infusion Therapy Program
CareResource Hawaii 's Infusion Therapy Services enable patients to receive high-tech IV therapy in the comfort of their own homes.

Wound Management Program
For clients who are experiencing a prolonged or complicated wound recovery, CareResource Hawaii integrates the expertise of an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals to provide   services and therapies.

Rehabilitation Program
When illness or injuries require rehabilitative and restorative therapies concurrent with or subsequent to other medical care, home care can provide the solution to complete the continuum of care.
