• Infections such as osteomyelitis, cellulitus, pneumonia, sepsis, and sinusitus
• AIDS-related infections (Cytomegalo Virus - CMV)
• Cancer, radiation enteritis
• Colon disorders such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, short bowel syndrome, malabsorbtion syndrome, and inflammatory bowel disease
• Endocarditis, end-stage congestive heart failure
• Gastrointestinal fistula, urinary tract infection
• Auto-immune disorders such as multiple sclerosis and lupus
• Dehydration
• Intractable pain
• Congestive Heart Failure

CareResource Hawaii's rehabilitation program offers the following services:

• Client and caregiver training about infusion procedures, prescribed medication, diet and disease
• Insertion of venous access devices such as peripheral catheters, midlines, and accessing of vascular devices such as implanted ports and epidurals
• Antibiotic therapy, antiviral, antifungal and some chemotherapies
• Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)
• Enteral nutrition therapy
• Hydration therapy
• Immune-globulin therapy (IGG)
• Pain management
• Dobutamine therapy
• IV Pentamidine
• Biological Response Modifiers (Erythropoietin, G-CSF, Interferon, & Interleukin)
• Amphotericin B
• Growth hormone therapy
