| Job Title: | Physical Therapist (Full-time position) |
| Job Description: | Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Services Coordinator, the Physical Therapist develops, and implements a progressive rehabilitation program for clients in their homes in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and the client's needs. Serves as case manager and supervises home health aides and physical therapy assistants when appropriate. |
| Job Requirements: | Minimum qualifications: current State of Hawaii Physical Therapist license, CPR certification and TB clearance. Valid U.S. driver's license, automobile and automobile insurance as prescribed by state law. Preferred qualifications: one year of acute care or home health agency experience and experience with computerized documentation. |
