| Job Title: | Nurse Aide (Home Health Aide call-in position) |
| Job Description: | Assists with the activities of daily living under the direction of the nurse/therapist. Provides personal care to patients, including bathing, ambulation, transfers, exercises, meal preparation and household duties. Follows plan of care. Documents per agency policy and procedures. (Call-in positions available) |
| Job Requirements: | Minimum Qualifications: One year of work experience as a nurse aide or completion of an approved nurse aide course which fulfills agency competency requirements. Current Heartsaver CPR Certification and TB clearance. (Sunday - Saturday variable hours.) Desired Qualifications include 1 year of home health care experience. |
